Hello and welcome! I'm Kathleen Brannen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With a deep commitment for guiding individuals through life's challenges, I bring over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Religion from Butler University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.
I specialize in supporting clients through transitions, grief, stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression using evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman-informed techniques for relationships. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your journey towards healing and personal growth.
Drawing from my role at the Behavioral Health Academy™, where I oversaw and implemented evidence-based training, supervision, and became a Member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers and Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, I offer support for aspiring clinicians and collaboration with organizations for training. I am passionate about sharing my expertise in therapeutic modalities through a co-occurring lens and ensuring high-quality supervision that meets dual licensure requirements. Whether you're looking to enhance your clinical skills or seeking a dedicated supervisor, I'm here to support your professional development journey.
Please feel free to reach out to discuss therapy options, supervision opportunities, or trainings. I look forward to connecting with you!
Warm regards,
